In 2006, Dr. Georgiev founded the Medical Center for Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery “Dr. Nikolay Georgiev” . In 2012, he expanded the clinic with the first postoperative rehabilitation center of its kind in the Balkans, where patients receive professional support for faster and more complete recovery.

• He collaborates with leading Bulgarian oncological surgeons in the field of breast reconstruction following breast cancer and is the first in Bulgaria to use the dual-component TIGAR tissue matrix.
• Following specializations in the USA with Prof. Sydney Coleman and in Japan with Prof. Omori, Dr. Georgiev developed his own technique for fat cell and PRP transfer in areas such as the face, hands, breasts, and gluteal region (Brazilian butt lift), aimed at rejuvenation and contouring.
• A course at the clinic of Belgian surgeons Patrick Tonnard and Verpaele in Ghent, Belgium, led to the creation of his personal facial rejuvenation technique.
• In 2004, after specializing in endoscopic surgery under Prof. Oscar Ramirez in the USA, Dr. Georgiev and Prof. Anastasov performed the first frontal facelift in Bulgaria.
