Do not take high-dose contraceptives without specialist consultation.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"838\">On the day of the surgery:<\/p><ul data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1161\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"892\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"892\">Do not wear makeup, contact lenses, or nail polish.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"993\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"993\">All jewelry and piercings on the body and head must be removed before entering the operating room.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1161\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1161\">If you have body hair (except on the head) in the surgical area, it must be shaved on the morning before the surgery (exceptions allowed only for religious reasons).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1279\">It is recommended to stop smoking <strong data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1216\">one month prior<\/strong> to surgery to allow for faster tissue recovery post-operation.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1281\" data-end=\"1449\">You will be provided with pajamas and slippers needed for your stay at the clinic. Come in comfortable clothes and shoes so you can feel at ease after being discharged.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1576\">After breast surgery, it is recommended to wear a <strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1527\">special supportive bra<\/strong>, which can be purchased at the clinic (120 BGN).<\/p><p data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1576\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1601\"><strong data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1601\">Required Tests<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1792\">Tests should be performed <strong data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1650\">seven days before<\/strong> surgery, and the results must be provided to the clinic either by mail or in person <strong data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1755\">five days before<\/strong> the surgery unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1878\"><strong data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1809\">For ladies:<\/strong> Blood tests should <strong data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1836\">NOT<\/strong> be performed during your menstrual cycle!<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1895\">Required tests:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2679\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2382\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1927\"><strong data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1927\">Blood data-end=\"2152\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2152\"><strong data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2110\">Coagulation profile:<\/strong> Prothrombin time, Prothrombin index, Blood sugar, Urea, Creatinine, Uric acid, C-reactive protein, Total and direct Bilirubin, AST, ALT, GGT, Alkaline phosphatase, Total protein and Albumin, Cholesterol profile, Potassium and Sodium;<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2495\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2495\"><strong data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2400\">Urinalysis:<\/strong> pH, Specific gravity, Protein, Sugar, Ketone bodies, Urobilinogen, Bilirubin, Blood, Sediment;<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2496\" data-end=\"2552\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2552\"><strong data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2520\">Specialized tests:<\/strong> Wassermann test (for syphilis);<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2585\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2585\"><strong data-start=\"2555\" data-end=\"2585\">Blood group and Rh factor;<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"3223\">Preoperative consultation with an allergist in case of an allergic disease (no later than two weeks before surgery);<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3334\"><p
